During my summer adventures, I managed to collect majority of the listed ecology items needed
to take pictures of. Throughout my running around, screaming "STUPID BUTTERFLY GET IN MY
NET", and constant interruption of "..HOLD ON I NEED TO TAKE A SELFIE THAT", I had a
great time finding all of these items.
Here are a few of my favorite ecology selfies:
FIND THE BUMBLE BEE.
Here's one of my successful attempts to get a bumble bee into a picture lol. This is an example of Mullerian mimicry because a harmless bumble bee resembles the dangerous yellow jacket. (maybe it was one)
FIND THE STUPID BUTTERFLY
This made me shed a tear when I found out I actually caught the butterfly in my selfie. I thought these harmless creatures are easy to catch since people do it all the time. Ohoho I was wrong. These jerks are like dolphins, really smart and like to mess with other people.
I SWEAR I DIDN'T KILL IT, I FOUND IT DEAD.
My backyard and house is famous for carrying huge and scary things that need to be killed.
I found this lizard in my backyard and put it against my wooden fence because it blended in so well with it. This is an example of cryptic coloration, or camouflage.
